MAX ink series suitable for gravure printing on various substrates viz PET, BOPP.
MAX inks are toluene based and suitable for surface gravure printing on PET, MPET, BOPP, CPP, MBOPP, LDPE etc. Excellent ink transfer and average bond strength with good economy.
SUBSTRATES:
Chemical/ Corona Treated PET, BOPP, PE etc. Correct corona treatment level is necessary to obtain good results. A film is considered correctly treated when its minimum surface tension is 38-42 dynes/cm for OPP & LDPE and 48-52dynes/cm for corona PET.
Due to the variety of films in the market, it is recommended that laboratory trials are done prior to the industrial printing of these substrates.
