GLITZ ink series suitable for gravure printing on various substrates viz PET, BOPP.
GLITZ inks are toluene based and suitable for reverse gravure printing on PET/MBOPP, PET/MCPP, BOPP/MCPP, BOPP/BOPP etc. Excellent ink transfer and average bond strength with good economy.
SUBSTRATES:
Chemical/ Corona Treated PET, BOPP, Correct corona treatment level is necessary to obtain good results. A film is considered correctly treated when its minimum surface tension is 38-42 dynes/cm for OPP and 48-52dynes/cm for corona PET.
Due to the variety of polyesters in the market, it is recommended that laboratory trials are done prior to the industrial printing of these substrates.
