NC pigment pastes are high pigmented concentrates (Pastes).It is Nitrocellulose based highly pigmented color materials grinded to achieve the particle size near to zero micron.
APPLICATION
These concentrates are used to produce ink by using appropriate binders. It has excellent compatibility with the varnishes of Polyurethane resins, ketone resins, Plasticizers. Maleic and Fumaric modified resins etc. In These materials( concentrates) mix the proper ratio of binders, additives and solvents(Alcohols and esters) to achieve finished ink. Aromatic solvents like toluene may also be used if necessary.
COLOR RANGE
NC pigment pastes are available in wide variety of color range. However on demand special colors can be developed. Pigments used have good light fastness, however extensive exposure of direct sunlight is not recommended. For requirement of such characteristics kindly consult our Representative.
