SUPER ink series suitable for high profile lamination jobs especially for triple laminated structures.
SUPER is a Toluene free printing ink series for reverse gravure lamination on variety of flexible films using good quality solvent based and solvent less adhesives. These inks are used for high profile lamination jobs especially for triple laminated structures.
SUBSTRATES:
The following substrates may be printed using SUPER inks:
- Chemically treated polyester
- Corona treated polyester*
- Corona treated BOPP*
*Due to the features of these substrates, in-line corona treatment is recommended. The appropriate ink adhesion is always obtained with correct corona treatment level. A BOPP film is considered correctly treated when its minimum surface tension is 38-42 dynes/cm and PET at 48-52 dynes/cm. Due to the great variety of substrates available in the market; always recommend that laboratory trials are done prior to the industrial printing.
